Placing an order is easy. Simply send me an e-mail stating the following:

• What you want. For example, Afghan 3 and Doll 14.
• How you will pay.
• Your snail-mail address.

Before I can process your order I need to receive a check or money order (in U.S. dollars) sent to the following address:

Shipping Rates

Please note that all S/H charges are now defined by weight, not by item. This means that the price for S/H is one low sum per *package*, whether you order one item or many.

***N.b. ***Right now most items for sale in Kim's Corner Store are sufficiently flat enough that they can go out in padded envelopes. Bulkier items - such as the toy dolls - are mailed in boxes to protect them from mechanical postal devices. Small box surface mail prices will be charged for bulkier items unless the customer *specifically* asks for small box air mail service. Flat items will be sent in a flat padded envelope unless customer asks otherwise, and then box rates apply.

Refund Policy

Should you not be happy with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or full refund (shipping and handling is not refundable). No returns or exchanges on custom items.

Please Note:

• For check payment, the check must clear the bank before an order is shipped. Because I'm in Canada, a U.S. check typically takes 21 working days to clear.
